Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us at least 36 hours in advance of any cancellation.
Any cancellations with less than 36 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 30% of the cost of the scheduled service.
RESCHEDULING: An appointment may be rescheduled 36 hours prior to service at no extra cost .
A client may reschedule their appointment at 24hrs with an applicable $25 fee ( this fee is not applied towards the original booking).
LATE FEE: A late fee of $10 will be applied after 10 minutes grace period. At 15 minutes and additional $5 will be added. At 20-25 minutes the appointment will automatically cancel and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged based on the scheduled service.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW : is unacceptable and may result in being blocked from future booking. Cancellation rules apply. Please be respectful to the stylist time and others that would like to booked those time slots.
